How to get a job in a software MNC
Hello Friends,
I am working with IBM India Pvt. Ltd. and I want to share my experience of how I made it into this awesome company.
First step is to understand what exactly does the company need. Why would the company want to hire you. What do you have to offer to the company to be employed with this organization.
This is a software based company and hence you need to target certain technologies that the company wishes to hire you for. Look through there job portal, openings or check with your friends and family who are employed with this company and find out what technologies are in demand.
Focus on those technologies, try to get some tutorials online like on technical blogs, you tube and get some confidence on the topics.
Refer yourself on there job portal and you would definitely get a call from the HR for an interview.
